Birthday Parties

Each party is 2 hours in length, and will consist of an hour of gymnastics and an hour to do cake and presents. The first hour will be the gymnastics portion of your party and the second will be your time to do cake, presents, piñata, etc. MCA will provide 2 staff for every 14 children. We do understand that sometimes there is extra time at the end, so MCA staff always has games prepared if needed. We will allow you to open presents on the floor, we can set the birthday child up on a mat so that the children may gather around her/him. However, it is your responsibility to make sure the floor is free of paper afterward.

$180/members and $200/non members to save your date

Saturdays 4:00-6:00

Sundays from 1:00pm-3:00pm or 4:00pm-6:00pm

Weekdays are available on days off from school and all parties must be reserved 3 weeks in advance.

MCA will provide the tables and chairs that we have available. You are welcome to bring in table covers, food (must stay off mats), drinks, decorations, piñatas (we hang them on bars) and other items you may need for your party. We do have a refrigerator and freezer that you may use if needed (ice cream). We do recommend bringing extra refreshment as the kids will be running and get thirsty.

You may arrive a 1⁄2 hour before your party’s start time to decorate and set up for your party.

To reserve your party, stop in or call the gym and check the availability of your date. We would like to ask that you reserve your date at least two weeks in advance. You must sign a contract as well as put down a $50 non-refundable deposit for your party. At that time you will be given the liability waivers. It is your responsibility to make sure that each parent signs for their child. Your date will not be reserved until we receive your contract and deposit.
